| "Prohibited Jurisdiction" | Any country or territory in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable local or international law. |
| "Force Majeure" | Any event beyond the reasonable control of drtoto, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or acts of war. |
Membership of the drtoto Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied. drtoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Each Member may hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. drtoto reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals associated with them.
You must provide complete and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and Indonesian bank account details. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. drtoto is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate member-provided information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact drtoto support immediately at [email protected].
Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any time drtoto deems appropriate, the Company may require you to complete KYC verification by providing one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
drtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). drtoto does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currency. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer are typically processed within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 07:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. drtoto is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval by the drtoto finance team, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method and account registered in your drtoto Member profile. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
Before a withdrawal of deposited funds can be processed, the deposited amount must have been wagered at least once (1x turnover on real-money balance, excluding bonus funds). This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and the misuse of payment infrastructure.
drtoto maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with international best practices. The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation, delay withdrawals pending investigation, or freeze an account where suspicious activity is detected. All unusual activity may be reported to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by drtoto are subject to these general terms unless specifically overridden by the individual promotion's terms:
drtoto actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements, hedging bets across multiple outcomes, or coordinated play across multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, drtoto reserves the right to void any bonus-derived winnings, close the offending account(s), and retain any balance.
drtoto's six-tier VIP loyalty program awards points based on real-money wagering activity. Points accumulation rates, tier thresholds, and associated benefits are published on the Platform and are subject to change at drtoto's discretion. VIP status and accumulated points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Program's defined redemption structure.
drtoto offers wagering across the following product categories: sports betting (including football markets such as BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and Piala AFF; as well as badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports), live casino table games, RNG slot titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, crash games, and virtual sports. All product categories are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which are published within the Platform's help and game-info sections.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per product category and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary based on your account tier, the specific market, and ongoing promotional conditions. drtoto reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stake limits to individual accounts where warranted by risk management considerations, without prior notice.
A bet shall be declared void and the stake returned to the Member's wallet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the maximum continuation period specified in the product rules; the market was offered in error with manifestly incorrect odds; or the event outcome cannot be officially verified by drtoto's data provider. Settlement of all sports markets is based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football markets).
In the event that a wager is accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — including due to a pricing feed error, human input error, or technical fault — drtoto reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the Member's account. "Manifestly erroneous" means odds that no reasonable operator would have published under normal market conditions. drtoto will not profit from its own errors, and equally, Members may not exploit such errors.
Members may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and wagering limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:
Any unauthorized use of drtoto's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, drtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

drtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure for cause, drtoto reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately confirmed, any legitimately earned real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.
Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to the Member's registered payment method. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which drtoto holds its international gaming license.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and drtoto that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the customer support team, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
drtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, drtoto will notify Members by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the new terms taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the new terms take effect.
